This is the first (of three) parts for building the paper "RPCC - A Stub
Compiler for Sun RPC", as published in the proceedings of the 1987 Summer
USENIX conference in Phoenix, AZ. The other two parts are "macros for RPCC"
and "paper for RPCC".

The paper should format correctly using

troff -me paper

No preprocessors are necessary.

In case there is a problem, I have sent along a slightly stripped-down
set of macros (with all the necessary include files included). These
should arrive in the e-mail with "Subject: macros for RPCC - A Stub
Compiler for Sun RPC". They have been tested.

The paper uses Roman, Roman Italic, and Courier fonts. If font changes are
very very expensive on your printer, many of the Courier sections can be
replaced with quotation marks, though I'd rather not...

If it has to be done, piping the paper source through

sed 's/\\fC\([^\\]*\)\\fP/\\*(lq\1\\*(rq/g'

(I know it's tricky, but I've tested it & it works) will remove the embedded
words in Courier and put them in quotes instead.
