Notes on building libg++-1.37.0 on i386 Mach 2.5

Build in directory mach-libg++-1.37.0 from sources in libg++-1.37.0.
Setup mach directory using makelinks.sh script.

Files modified:

* Makefile
	- PWD defined to current directory
	- CC defined so we use most recent gcc
	- redefine prefix to local installation directory
	- -DNO_LIBXX_MALLOC needed to use system malloc since libg++
		malloc is not multi threaded

* g++-include/stdio.h

	- definitions for Mach:
		use VPRINTF
		no SETVBUF
		yes SETLINEBUF
		no USG

* g++-include/time.h

	- avoid including sys/time.h since that causes struct tm to be
defined twice. The whole include file setup is goofy, defining KERNEL
is trouble.

* g++-include/values.h

	- redefine MAXDOUBLE and friends to be less optimistic since
cc1plus does not use a good atof(). The atof in libc.a is not ieee
conformant and causes cc1plus to die with signal 4 when compiling
Integer.cc.

- g++-include/mach_vmtp.h, g++-include/mach_vmtp.h

	- add empty version of these files since they are not in the
normal /usr/include directories and defining KERNEL causes them to be
referenced.

- src/gnulib3.c

	- don't define coff and do cause xyzzy.cc to be linked
else we get undefined CTOR/DTOR when linking tCurses.cc
